How do I care for my Kind Kompany Clothing?

Our clothing is made with love and kindness and it should always be treated that way. To ensure your Kind Kompany clothing stays not only comfortable but looking it's best, we advice you wash your items inside out and with similar colours and fabrics. When ironing please do not iron over any prints and ensure the iron is on medium heat. 

How do I return an item?

Returns are easy and stress free, you have 14 days to let us know if there is a problem and to ship the item back to us.

I need another size, can I exchange my item?

Yes! Please let us know if you need an alternative size. You can return the item to us and we can ship you the new size once your returned item/s have been received.

Can I track my order?

All orders under £50 will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery which aims for next working day delivery. All orders over £50 are shipped using Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery, the tracking number will be sent to you in a confirmation email once your order has been packaged and shipped. 

Where do I return items?

If you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact from or email including your order number and we can advise you off the returns address, please return all items in the original packaging.

Can I choose the currency I pay in?

Currently all payments are charged in GBP, please subscribe to our mailing list to receive any future updates on this.

What do I do with the biodegradable packaging?

If you do not wish to return your order the packaging can be placed into a regular bin or compost bin and it will naturally degrade back into the earth.
